BMS Lab at Dutch Design Week

In the heart of Eindhoven, each October, the Dutch Design Week (DDW) takes place. Counting over 350,000 visitors, at approximately 100 locations across Eindhoven, DDW is the largest design event in Northern Europe (DDW, 2021).

This year the BMS Lab, together with DesignLab, will have the honour to be part of Dutch Design Week. The event will take place from October 16 until October 24, 2021. Most of the exhibitions will be opened every day from 11:00 to 18:00.

The BMS Lab and DesignLab’s exhibition will be placed at Ketelhuisplein, in the proximity of the DDW’s main building. Spread through 100m2, two tents and the mobile lab, we will display our recent work. At the same time, you will be able to experience part of our equipment! Throughout the week, the researchers and us will present to you numerous research projects on which we have worked over the past year. Each day we will focus on and present different research projects. Moreover, as a visitor, you will get the opportunity to see some of the equipment we use in the projects and meet University of Twente researchers.

Additionally, as part of the BMS Lab’s exhibition, we will open the mobile lab- Experivan for visitors to take a look. We highly encourage you to take part in the research. The Experivan will be part of the initiative Chronic Health – vital changes for a caring society.

As the event approaches, we will we keep you updated.

We hope to see you in Eindhoven!
