Decision making

Decision making forms an integral part of the study of group interactions. How groups form consensus, come to decisions and agreement or come to disagree with each other. Studies from this field have contributed to our knowledge of group biases, project management and group manipulation. Within the BMS lab studies within this area mostly focus on group interactions and may use a variety of recording and observation methods, like eye-tracking, cameras and audio recording equipment or speech analysis software (Sociometry).
