TIIM troubleshooting

With problems with the participants please gather and send the following information:

1. What phone does the participant have?
2.Try to define the problem as specific as possible, e.g.: When does the problem occur and what happens.

Participant doesn’t receive notifications

In the app under settings see if the push notifications and email notifications have been checked.

With problems in the TIIM Dashboard please gather and send the following information:

1. What happens?
2. When does the problem occur?

The timing of modules is incorrect

Check if the dates of the time rule is set after the subscription date and the study start date.
