Organizations can provide the researcher with many types of quantitative data. Think of large volumes of e-mails, texts or recordings of meetings. The BMS lab has the equipment, expertise and software to codify and analyze these types of data. It even has its own app called Sociometry, that is able to analyze group dynamics in discussions, interviews or speeches.
