Virtual Reality (VR)

Virtual Reality (VR) is an increasingly popular research area, both as a methodology and field of study by itself. Studies in the VR area may for example look at how VR worlds can be more believable or feel more authentic, without requiring better graphics. Other research might look at the more technical side and discover how to avoid the nausea experienced by some can be stopped or the development pipeline can be sped up. Within the BMS lab there is a strong focus on the area of VR development and technology like Unity and various software platforms like 360 videos or 3D games.
